The short version: we only collect what you type into our enquiry form, we use it solely to respond to you, we never sell or share it with third parties for marketing, and we delete it after 12 months.

We only collect the details you choose to give us through our contact form or by contacting us directly:

Location type and any details you include in your message

We do not collect anything in the background — no tracking, no profiling, no analytics identifiers.

3. Why we collect it and our lawful basis

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit if you'd like one, and discuss providing our vending services. Under UK GDPR our lawful basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, alongside our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. We ask for your confirmation on the form before you submit it.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your information, and we never share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Your enquiry is delivered to our business email inbox; like any email, it is handled by our email hosting provider, which acts only on our instructions and cannot use your data for its own purposes. Beyond that, your details go nowhere unless we are legally required to disclose them.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months from our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep the information needed to manage our ongoing relationship and to meet legal obligations (such as accounting records).

6. Cookies

This website does not set cookies — no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no tracking. That's why you won't see a cookie consent banner here.

For transparency: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts and display our Food Hygiene Rating badge from the UK Food Standards Agency. When your browser fetches these, those services receive standard technical request data (such as your IP address), as with any web resource. Neither is used by us to identify or track you.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

Ask us to delete your information
Object to or restrict how we use it
Receive your information in a portable format

8. Complaints

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
